That's what is left of the old house - well actually the fireplace has been knocked down to the lower mantal since that shot.

There's a full basement underthere that you can't seee but will be remaining.

I think *renovations* has a whole new gray area.

GREAT idea: Burn the old homestead down and start anew.

The NEW house plans look AWESOME! I can picture a home like this in UPSTATE NY.! Better yet, in CT. with me holding winning lotto number's!

Vel, do you ever go into SOHO for purchasing trips for clients? I'd LOVE TO spend other's people's $$$$ who have NO LIMITS to what is being spent for such trips!
