H hulse New member Oct 11, 2005 #1 I feel like my back workout is in need of one more lift. Here's my current routine Pullups 4x8 Seated CAble Row 4x8 Deads 5x5 What if anyting should I add? I was thinking pulldowns cause i really want to increase my v-taper.

anotherbutters New member Oct 11, 2005 #4 What G5.0 said And, pullups are going to be more stimulating than pulldowns so there's no point adding pulldowns. If pullups are too easy at bodyweight, get a belt and hang extra weight off it.
