Well, fellas and gals, i have had for a while these little red marks under my balls, not on my balls, but on my thighs under my balls. They dont itch, or scab, or anything like that. The skin on them seems to peel a little bit. is this herpes or maybe i need some jock itch spray? They dont look like much, but they are there, maybe like 4 or 5 red marks. lemme know thanks!

Take a close look at the little red bumps. If they have indentations in them, you've probably got Molluscum Contagiosum.
