Whats good protein?

What are the best sources of protein for a quik intake??

Im on a sustanon 250 cycle, i need to be eating alot of protein but got a busy lifestyle, whats the quickest protein i can eat - i know protein shakes but its headache to make it, what about those ready mixed ones they sell in off lisences?? like nurishment???
 
protein shakes, chicken breasts, extra lean ground beef, coldwater fish, eggs... to name a few.

quantity is probably more important than quality though, especially while bulking.
 
You sound to me to be the type of person to think that you can just take steroids and get huge.It just doesn't work like that.You've got to make sacrifices if you expect to get good results,in any endeavour you chose to undertake.

If you think making shakes is a headache,then you've got no business taking steroids in the first place.Not being an arse,but just telling you like it is.Oh,and for wanting the ready made ones,you'll be wanting someone to open them for you next,and then drinking them for you too.Geez,are you prepared to do anything yourself??

That's good advice.

I don't like to rely on protein shakes, they're just extra or replacements when I simply don't have time.
 
Protien shakes are about as quick & easy as it gets mate! If you have a busy lifestyle, you can still get the protien you need. Cook alot of chicken breasts in bulk and carry a tupperwear with you.... If you can't do that, there are some decent protien bars out there as well. A busy schedule can't be used as an excuse.

Instone banana cream is good. I have found the "Dorian Yates Approved" CNP Pro Dessert Pudding to be pretty good too. Also, IDS recently came out with stuff called New Whey vials of 25mg of predigested casein and whey. Good stuff. And dude, my schedule is crazy. I make up all of my meals on Sun (except for all of the eggs which I do nightly) and carry them with me in a lunch box. Gotta plan your meals bro.
 
The best thing that I could suggest is what ever you make for dinner, which I'm sure you know should be high in protien (same as all your meals) Make enough for the next days lunch and maybe through together a few extra high protien snacks. So if you are eating two 15oz chicken breast for dinner, make four.. Save the other two for lunch, eat breakfast, eggs whites or whatever else you eat high in protien.. Then supplement shakes in between meals.. But being that you need to be eating around 6 times a day.. Prep for the week or the next day is key to your busy schedule.. People laugh at me, when I take my daily food supplies in the office.. Everyone is always saying I bring enough food for the office... They just dont understand...

Protien is measured in terms of what is called Biological Value or (BV) Basically that boils down into what your body can obsorb easily. It is without a doubt or question that they are in this order
#1 Whey protien
#2 Chicken Eggs (Whites are the best but the yolks do add a lot of protien but on the down side adds fat content) try omelets or scrambled eggs with 6 eggs but take out 3 of the yolks if that is a concern) Or if you want raw egg whites. You would have to put a gun to my head before I even thought about drinking or eating raw eggs

#2.5 I say check this beacause I have heard from reliable sources but have not confirmed this yet but in all actuality Goat meat is supposed to be superior to all other meats americans like to eat the only reason goat is not at your local grocery store is because odf no other reason besides culture. We think of them as pets more than steaks. Most other countries consider goat their #1 source of meat
#3 Beef (Red meat)

#4 Chicken (Chicken is highly emphasized because of the low fat content that is why people flock to it more than the others)

Do not remember where pork fits in but it is less than beef and chicken if I remember correctly.

And according to Forest Gump thats about all I got to say about that. This should be in nutrition /diet forum though really but either way if you doubt what I say research it for yourself.

Dude, He did not ask about steroids he asked about protien. How did you infer what you did from his post????

Try finding some high quality whey isolate powder.
 
Lest I forget my favorite whey Natures Best Isopure. Dissolves so easy and is really light taste wise. good stuff
 
Its takes about 30 seconds to make a protien shake. No matter where u are or how busy you get a protein shake should never be a problem. If you work outdoors or drive around for a living then mix enough for 3 or 4 shakes in the morning and take it with you in a small esky with ice to keep in cold.... too easy

Agreed if you are worried about carbohydrate intake I suggest Highly Isopure. Very expensive but Whey protien with no carbs or get whatever and Gluceroll r at the AF store to rid yourself of excess carbs. I have very little experience with that at this time but from what I have heard and seen in the short time I have used it, it is a go. 2 thumbs up!!
 
I LOVE nectar from syntax..... It tastes like lemonade if you mix with water but it taste like pixie sticks if you eat it raw without water.. Its honestly THAT good..
 
If you don't have time to mix anything up then I would use the canned ones. There are many differnet varities out there. The ones from World Wide Nutritio (pure Protein) are pretty good and have 35 grams of protein. The ABB Extreme's have 50 grams. Just shake it up and drink. I probably eat 4-6 a day of the Pure Protein's when I am on the road.

I just use the cheap stuff from Costco, but it works great for me. I just pre-measure 3 or 4 servings in those little Ziploc containers and shake em up in my shaker throughout the day as needed. I am pretty busy myself ( who isn't nowadays) and getting the protein shakes in has never been a problem. Good luck with whatever you choose.

I would pay someone to drink the protien shakes for me if I could! but still the best type of protien is unquestionably Whey protien and I think I gave a few other good choices that nature gives us. Choose what you want its your body in the end right?

Heh, agree with you about whey being the best protein, but finances require that some of us use whey concentrate as opposed to whey isolate :) Just have to make do with what we've got, right?

absolutely right I really meant nothing about financial status at all in anything I said here. If I offended anyone thinking I meant that, please accept this as an apology. I am soley expressing what I know. And sure just like anything there are choices we all have to make whether it be financially or whatever.
