Today I had a my pre WO meal at what I thought would be about an hour before I got to the gym. Well, I got caught up in a few things and 2 1/2 hours passed before I could leave for the gym. By that time I was already feeling ready for the next meal, but did not feel like waiting around another 45 mins. if I ingested something else. For future reference, what's good to take about 10 - 15 mins. before a work out to get a good energy supply and work out boost (legal of course)?
