Here a lil tip.......1 tablespoon of peanut butter in the morning,Due to its hi fat content it need to be taken in the morning this should help add some extra weight,has always worked for me....be strict and don't cheat because it get kinna addictive!!!! YUMMY!!!! And i assume you're taking protein shakes during the day . Let me know if it helps!
