I believe he is indeed hurt - his posture indicates a neck injury of some sort

I think they are just moving him to Smackdown to avoid him and Goldberg being on the same show. He will be around in some capacity even though his neck is bothering him again.

supposedly the deal is to send austin to smackdown. The reason for "firing" him was to get him out of the feud with rock, so goldberg can feud with rock.

I've red afew articles about it. He is hurt enough that he cannot wrestle for awhile, but not like the last time. THe plan is that they are going to give him a serious TV role, like the new GM of Raw or hopefully a role on smackdown, he will be on TV just rarely any wrestlinh for awhile..Thank god! lol Id be pissed if he really was out
