Chicken breast cut up and sauteed in EVOO
Drain on a plate
Stirfry Green peppers, Bean Sprouts, Vadallia onion, Garlic
add Stir Fry sauce and chicken

Diet coke too.
 
baked chicken breast. . .raw veggies (carrots, celery, green peppers, broccoli, etc.) and some ranch to dip them in. . .one of those big-ass bottles of diet mountain dew. . .
 
edy's ice cream snacks
2 egg rolls
general tsao's chicken
hunan beef
and white rice
oh and diet mountain dew
 
1 Chicken Breast
1/4 cup Chick Peas
2 Cloves Garlic
1/4 Onion
Brown in wok then add hot 1/2 tbs Sambal Oeleck...adds a little sodium, but wtf?

Stir in 1 cup cooked brown rice and 1 tbs evoo.

1 Granny Smith Apple
1 Liter H2O.....and I'm good to go for 2-3 hrs.

This is my cutting diet.
