i'm thinking chicago style pizza with pineapple and ham... maybe a big mac... or 2... mashed potatoes and fried chicken with the skin on...

however... prolly gonna be a myoplex low carb :(
 
A ham and lowfat cheese wrap with lots of lettuce and some tomato and a drenching of olive oil. It's a ham I made myself, not sliced deli meat, so It's a little better than it sounds...probably some yoghurt, too. And a grannie smith apple.

Sounds like mine without the apple, I throw in an extra protien shake of about 20g, and 80 calories.

Totals:

36 g of carbs, 62g protein, 20g fat 575 calories

Busy ass weekend with no time to buy groceries. Lunch will be at Subway. Probably a 12 inch turkey (double meat) on wheat with lettuce, tomatoes, and a small amount of mayo. Include the meal deal and I'll eat about 1/2 a bag of baked chips and a medium diet pepsi.
 
If I ate like you guys i would spiral into suicide-prone depression. Of course, that's why I'm at 14%bf and you guys are probably sitting at about 3%. But 7 oz of tuna, an apple, and an orange? How do you do it?

maybe that's why I'm always in a suicide prone depression :)

that isn't my only meal - I have 6 a day.

I wish I were at 3%... no clue what I'm at - but it isn't that.

I also take in 600mg ALA and 6-12g of CLA per meal as well (well - the CLA is really only in the morning and midday meals)
