just bought some mixed veggies and decided to make some scallops scampi.

You can't ever go wrong throwing a steak on the BBQ. Pan-fried baby potatoes and asparagus (steamed, then tossed quickly in a little bit of hot butter) on the side.

Ended up having: A steak thrown on the Grill + sweet tater + spinach sauteed with onions & garlic

lamb and chicken kebabs with some grilled prawns in a tequila lime cocktail sauce

have some seizure salad with some big shavings of Grana Parm and some crispy prosciutto too... tired, but the grill is on...
