As we speak I am eating raw cauliflower, tuna, and raw old fashioned oatmeal. Then, In a couple hrs a mrp shake before gym. A PW shake after gym, then an hour later steak sweet potatoe and broc. 11pm couple of hand fulls of nuts. 2am a low carb MRP

Thats alotta carbs, not alota protien brios
 
had steak last night.

Some fancy 4 course meal I was invited to for free (drinks included)...better believe I loaded up. Only catch was I had to listen to a doctor talk about a new drug. Oh well, the food was great. Creme Brule for dessert, ceasar salad, and appetizers (some thai lobster eggroll thing, cold meat/cheese/cracker platter, and jumbo prawns with cocktail sauce).

Not sure what I'll do tonight.

Average carb (low glycemic) 40 (including a 75g pw shake)

also lots of fiber Yay!

But, your right I will lower my carbs to an 7 - 8 meals of 25g per meal in a month or so. If I lower it too much I lose alot of muscle
 
just got back from the gym, about to cook me up some tri tip (medium rare) and some rosemary, garlic potatos

mmmmmmmmmm mmmmmmmmmm bitch!

and a nice bowl of green for desert :mexican:
