Sat 1 omlet, 1/2lb of stove top sausage.
Unfortuneately I woke up late today so I didn't get to make breakfast, but it was doughnut day at work.

Ok Oaks I don't know how the hell someone your size can bulk and diet now on the same amount of calories as me. When the calories are 1300 for me, and I'm doing the crazy cardio sessions I feel like death. And with this bulking thing, I'm always hungry, I think I need more food.
