Well being the new guy mean asking some questions.

What are you having for breakfast?

What should I stay away from?

I am trying to start a diet, so i guess breakfast is a good start. I curently do not go to the gym but would like to lose a couple of pounds.:)
 
my fav breakfast when dieting is oatmeal mixed w/ bout 30 g's of banana whey. If you want to go the keto route... breakfast will be your most fun meal of the day...You can feel like you are really eating fun foods while adhering to your diet constrictions.
 
keto is short for ketosis. Ketosis is the metabolic term for when your body is using fats for energy instead of glucose. For example... all protein diets like atkins and "CKD" are keto diets.
 
keto is a fairly extreme diet plan if you are just getting into this. Try eating any cereals that are whole wheat/grain. This way you can load your muscles with glucose throughout the day due to the slowly glucose releasing characteristics of complex carbohydrates.
