Whats everyone training today???

Arms. Easy day. Except it ain't so easy anymore. Pain in the tendons, joints. Still love it though.
 
I did back today, but it sucked. I started out with deadlifts and my lowerback got so pumped up, it hurt to stand. Damn anadrol.
 
Triceps/Biceps/Abs. Usually do legs today, switching because I missed yesterday and I am exhausted.

4 sets of squats, 3 sets of hacks, 3 sets of leg extensions, 3 sets of calves

i get my legs done at the beginning of the week so that i can have functional legs on the weekend. it'll be non stop leg soreness up until friday.
 
did shoulders yesterday, all I can say is ouch today... Tried out a new gym, different machines... and as a result a bit different routine. I'm going back to teh UC gym, it's nice.

Today was light legs :

Leg Extensions supersetted with Laying Leg Curls
5 sets 200 x 15 (slow and strict) / 5 sets 200 x 15

Leg Press supersetted with Stiff Led Deads
5 sets 7 plates each side 15 deep reps / 5 sets 225 x 15 reps.


When I do these, I go back and forth with no rest from one set to the other. After a set of quads/hams, I walk to the water fountain - gulp some water - and then start the set back over.

Damn.....I burn 500 cals in about 23 minutes....how many are you burning per session?

Wow, you must have free reign on your gym equip, mebbe people just fear u
 
another triceps/biceps/abs...than I ran for an hr. Usually I do chest on Mon, but its good to change things up & I want to have chiseled arms for the O this wkend....for waving to Gunter when he wins...hahaha!

No idea. lol I do low-intesity cardio every morning for 45-60 mins. Usually just a brisk walk on the treadmill. Anything too intense and I lose muscle like crazy.
 
I worked arms, abs, neck, and hit the heavy bag. I hurt my back hitting the bag, my bicep and tendon doing curls. I'm falling apart.
 
The middle nut, tomorrow the right one gets an injection of a psychedelic compound and I am going to clean 550lbs!!!
 
Did 24 95% 1-RM singles in Clean and Presses.

I did not like it.
