Hey i know most of you are not competitive bodybuilders but im sure you know what gets the blood flowing and muscles pumped in the gym.I want to hear everyones opinions on what i should take 30 min or so before i pump up before my show that wil GAURENTEE a pump.of course i will have carbed up for 2 days but that doesnt gaurentee A PUMP.Throw some ideas around from your own experiences in the gym or contest.remember i cant have water so it has to be a pill,gel or sometrhing that requires VERY LITTLE water.thanks
