What Would You Use During A Hardening/Solidifying Phase???

I need some opinions, PLEASE. I'm FINALLY going to do my First Cycle after a long time of planning. :) I'm finalizing the last details now. I'm going to keep it SIMPLE and go with Test/Dbol. With an adjustment in diet, I plan on leaning out before heading into PCT. This is what I came up with.

Test Enanthate@500mgs for 12 weeks
Dbol@25-30mgs ED weeks 1-4
Test Prop@50mgs M, W & F weeks 13-16 (Enough To Keep Me Going)
Winstrol(Oral)@50mgs ED weeks 13-16
[email protected] every 3rd day or twice a week throughout
PCT weeks 17-19

Does this sound Ok?? I planned on using Anavar, but weighed the Pros & Cons and decided that Winny would be enough to get the job done. Plus, it's alot CHEAPER... :D

Looks ok to me, although I'd probably up the Propinate to 100mgs. But if that's all you have it'll do.

something i have never understood...is how a drug can cause hardening? what exactly does tren, or winny, or other AASs used for "hardening" do to cause this effect? is it a loss of water? if so, why not just use a diuretic?

you have a good point glenns, imo something like a "hardner" should only be used during competitions or photo shoots. the harness goes away after so whats the point? solidify gains? lets here what the VETS have to say..

good post i was thinking about the exact same thing over the weekend

Now, the terms Hardening/Solidifying are terms L.Rea uses in his book, "Building The Perfect Beast." He recommends Primo & Anavar, though.

i think most of us use AAS to put on some more size. the "hard" look is impressive but as georgie posts, is it sustainable? is it any less sustainable than size gains after a cycle?

i may get in trouble here but it seems like a lot of overweight guys think by doing a "cutting" cycle, with the use of AASs such as var and winny, they will somehow lose fat. yes, vets please chime in...

You only need prop for 2 weeks at most if you're running enth. Everything looks good other than that. The cycle is the easy part, diet and training take work.

with a cutting cycle, its alot easier to loose fat. I mean your not just gonna loose fat but it will help maintain your muscle when you go on your diet and cardio.

texas ranger- why exactly do you wanna harden up?
Georgie, these are my current stats- 30 years old, 6'3" 225lbs and 8% bodyfat. I just finished dieting using only supplements(ie.Glutamine, Creatine, Ephedrine HCL & Caffeine). I worked my butt off trying to get my bodyfat down and DO NOT want to go over 10% again. Whenever you're trying to put on any noticeable size, a little fat gain is inevitable. So, I'll focus on gaining size the first 11-12 weeks. Then lower calories(Mostly Carbs) the final 4-5 weeks to lean up. My goal is 240lbs and 7% bodyfat.

ok winny is your best bet, i would taper the cycle off with masteron and winny, your libido will be sky high from the masteron so you can drop test all together, you will be a walking cyborg after that one

G, thanks for the advice! But, I think I'll stick the Prop & Winny to close it out. Both are VERY effective and reasonably priced.
