Cut Or Bulk
Im 5'8 197lbs my goal 210 w/abs. After my recent Fina cycle my abs begin to define a little. The delima is now do I cut and diet (eca) and get futher away from my goal wieght, or continue to bulk. I dont want to loose muscle, but want those abs bros, help.
My diet plan (4wks)
meal #1 6am protien shake & (Eca)
meal #2 9am protien shake
Meal #3 12pm 16-24oz chicken & spinach
2pm (eca)
meal #4 5pm protien shake
Meal #5 8pm 20oz steak or turkey legs
and veg.
Do I get those abs showing then beef up?
