I personally dont think you should cycle yet since your training for just one year.
You say you follow a diet from Flex mag...
I never would copy someones diet to begin with. I would find someone who can realy help you fix your diet. See what happens if you eat correct. Food is the Nr.1 thing for growth!!!
Second thing dont copy someones training routine. Find out what works for you best. Only way to find out is by trail and error...
After you know what works for you, and you eat right and THAN you hitt a plateau... than you could think of taking some juice..
But thats my opinion...
