what would you do?
I live in a pretty nice neighborhood, well at least it was up until about six months ago. All my neighbors are really cool and we are all friendly with one another BUT the people down the street moved and put their house up for rent. So, these piece of shit scumbag motherfucking gangbangin cadillac drivin essays rent the house, and now entire neighborhood has had to put up with the fucking cancer of society. They are always throwing parties and driving real fast up and down the block, mad dogging all the housewives and kids, bumpin loud music and just generally dragging the neighborhood down. Now I pretty much manage to mind my own business and havent had a problem with them directly but tonight I turn the corner onto my street and all my neighbors are standing outside. I pull up and ask whats going on and I find out that two minutes before, my neighbor two doors down was crossing the street and some brothers almost ran him over as they raced down the street (like always). He yelled at them to slow down and that his kids play outside, next thing he knows they are waving guns in his face and talking some ghetto jive about how tuff they is. Now my neighbor is about as threatening as martha stuwart so it isnt like they mistook him for a rival gang leader or something. Now I hear this fucking shit and go mad, I worked hard for a long time to get out of the fucking neighborhoods that these unevolved freed chimps were prob driving back to. No one got the license plate and i know it wasnt the people that rent the house but i figured that was a good place to start. I went down there but no one answered. What would you do? What (if any) legal or "proper" action could be taken?
