What would you do in this situation?

Your driving minding your own business when some asshole decides to cut you off. You beep your horn drive around him and give him the finger. He is obviously angered by this and starts to follow you like a pyscho.

You finally reach your destination and park your car in a parking spot. He pulls up and blocks you in and gets out looking like he's mad as hell for you giving him the finger. He is fairly big and looks like he may be able to put up a good fight against you.

Do you:
A) decide to get out and see if he attacks you first and then try to fight him with your fists hoping to knock him out.
B) You have a crow bar in the back seat. You decide to grab the crow bar so he can see it. He still comes at you throwing a punch, so you decide to use the crow bar on him.
C) Stay in the car and hope he leaves
D) Stay in the car and call the cops

Now if you decide to grab the crow bar and he throws the first punch and you end up knocking him out with the crow bar.

Do you:
A)Leave the scene so you don't have to deal with the cops and hope no witness see you.
or
B)Call the cops after you beat the shit out of him and tell your story of what happened.
 
I roll down my window and tell him nicely to move his car... If he doesnt comply I will call the non emergency police line and ask them to move the gentlemans car... If he makes any threatening moves towards me, I warn him that I will defend myself with leathal force, and expose my 9mm...

regardless if I thought I could kick his ass, I would not pull a crowbar, I only believe in self defense.
 
I was blocked in near my house and 5 guys got out of a surburban with ball bats and crowbars.....I pulled the 357 from under my seat and laid it across the dash....they got back in the vehicle and moved on.........

I would call 911 on my cel phone immediately. Tell the operator that someone is threatening you. Good to establish your side of the story BEFORE anything happens. Then you kick his ass and there's no way anyone can prove it wasn't in self-defense. (Assuming he wants to fight.)

Consider the possibility he didn't realize he was cutting you off.
I've been in situations where the car cut in front of me and it felt like being cut off, but I think they just didn't see me.
Or maybe he WAS an asshole and cut you off.
Either way, it's not worth ruining my day.
I have the choice of how I'll react, and I try to blow it off, count to three, relax, smile and wish the asshole well.
At least that way, I don't let my day be ruined by the inconsiderateness of others.
I have been known to wave enthusiastically like I just saw a good friend, and they're going "Huh, what the hell?"
I mean, really, what's the worst case of being cut off like that? --> It takes an added 5 seconds to get to your destination ? Is that worth blowing your good mood?

You don't have a 9mm in this situation so you can't use that defense.

If he is coming at you throwing a punch would you not use the crow bar on him?
 
this is precisely why i never flip anyone off anymore. people are nuts. i have been chased for miles by some nut i flipped off.

in the whole big scheme of things, that person cutting you off doesn't really matter. just let it go. you never know what will make someone snap.
 
Just the other day I was driving on the highway lane minding my own business. Well this a-hole was poking in the left lane. I patiently waited until he cleared the traffic in the right lane. Well he never got over, just continued to poke along in the left lane (passing lane). Well I sped past him in the right lane. After I did this the dumbass speed WAY up and rode my bumper. I turned shortly afterwards and flipped him and his 2 companions off. He did the same except it looked like he was going to blow a fuse too he was so mad. Dumbasses like this need to be shot in the head IMO. He was wrong and he was the one who got upset? Makes no sense to me.

I've pulled over 5 times because of a driving incident. Never fought in any of them though. One is when I was young and weighed 155lbs. I think people back down more now cause I am bigger and not as intimidated due to practicing ju-jitsu.

The thing that worries me though is the losers that will draw a gun and shoot you like it's no big deal (not talking about self-defense)

Well I have had similar things happen to me before.

One time a guy thought that I cut him off. He was so pissed off that he got out of his car when I got to the red light and I got out. He was yelling "What the hell you doing asshole, I'll kill you"

I said " What you gonna do kick my ass right here? Come and get me I'm right here you punk" But he pussied out and jumped back in his car.

Also this other time I was at the mall with my GF and mom trying to find a parking space and this guy was behind me beeping at me because he was obviously in a hurry. I flipped him off and he went nuts. I found a parking spot and when I parked he got out and ran to my window with a baseball bat before I even got out. He was banging I'm my window yelling for me to get out. But I stayed there till he left then called the cops.

I have a crow bar but not my 9?? I take the crow bar and start smashing his car... until he moves it.
 
WELL I GET OUT OF THE CAR WITH MY 38 AND ASK HIM IF THERE IS A PROBLEM AND THAT THE BEST THING HE CAN DO IS GET HIS BITCH ASS IN HIS CAR AND DRIVE AWAY BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT.

Order yourself some Grizzly Bear Pepper Spray... when a shit talker pulls up hose him/her ... it will shoot 30 ft.

I would say you have a better chance of getting off with this.. than a fuckin crow bar. I have some great road rage stories.. 400south... Cumberland mall area... Buckhead... wherever I am.. and there is traffic.. there is the chance someone is gonna get hosed.

fuck yeah.. I squirted 3 people with it. If it gets on your finger.. it burns like shit.. but when you see the person who was threatning you having a seizure and freaking out in their car.. it makes it worthwhile.

yeah.. make sure you hold it out the window when you spray it.. and make sure the wind is not blowing toward you!!!!!!
