it makes no difference if the price is better go with that, do 5 source checks on any source and your good if it oks. personally i think the most reliable source is out of a foreign country, thats just me though, never been let down

Most sources will resend for free if its taken at customs as long as you can prove it was.

Also take into account how the foreign source may ship products. Some are very clever!
