What would it take to make me Priest's size?

Alright, I'm the same height as he is, and the same bone structure in general. I'm around 180 normally off-cycle, up to 195-200 on-cycle. Priest tends to sit around 245 now(instead of the fat-ass 275) and compete at 200-205. So, I'd need to gain about 40-50 solid lbs to the same weight and bf% as he is. Highest cycle I've run was 700/week of test enth, or 100mg/day fina with 50mg/day dbol. Post up the kind of cycles, and duration, you think it would take me to get to that size. Yes, i realize I probably don't have the genetics, but assuming I did, what do YOU guys think it would take to get that size. I wanna see what kinda crazy-ass cycles you guys come up with in the name of the almighty MASS! :D


Oh, and how long do you it'd likely take me to add 50lbs of muscle to be priestish in size?

Fine, K for anyone nice enough to lay out a sample cycle :D Just think, what did quadsweep/needsize/galaxy take to get as big as they are?



Genetics, dedication, and probably some drugs wouldn't hurt :)
 
I could say to megadose eveything, but you would crash and burn as quickly as you blew up. It comes down to not only your genetic potential, but also your consistent and proper training and dietary intake. I've been training consistently for 9 1/2 years and I've hit 210 at about 12-13%bf offseason at a height of 5'5, this past summer. I will say total amount of pharmacuticals involved were less then the prior year, where I sruggled to hit 200. Age and muscle maturity also has something to do with it.
 
The longer you stay in 3rd stage REM (phase of sleep), the more gains and recovery your body is able to rejuvenate. Going to sleep, reaching 3rem, waking up, going to sleep, reaching 3rem, waking up, going to sleep, reaching 3rem, waking up..... is not as productive as going to sleep and spending a long continued uninterupted sleep throughout the 3rem stage. Measure it in minutes, sleeping all through the night vs. sleeping and having to get up and you will see you spend more quality time in 3rem.

I don't see why you need someone's input on what cycle to do. You are not new to this, I'm assuming. No one here knows your body better than you. You know what works better and which compounds work better for you. Try what you think will work for you and ask for advice on what to change, not what and how much to stack.

Can you back that up with a scientific study? Not that I don't trust you bro, I just havent slept more than 3 hours at a time for a longggg ass time....drugs or no drugs.......I'm pissing! Want to know how detrimental it really is!
 
Granted you will see dramatic gains on theser doses but, I can almost bet you will have much more side effects as well. good luck.

I've trained bbing seriously for 4 years. 5-6 days a week, even with minor injuries I take at most a week off and work around the bodypart. My diet consists of 6-8meals a day, up to 6600 calories off-season. 8-10/day dieting, around 3200 with cardio 2x per day. At the doses I take currently though, I just get fat beyond 200lbs. So obviously, I think I need to take something else, and/or more of it, to stay lean over 200lbs and keep growing. Oh and slat, my diet is mostly real food. Chicken, eggs, beef, pasta, oats, whole grains, rice, skim milk, rice cakes. I cheat only to get my calories high enough to grow, so diet is not the problem. I think the thing to now is increase the drugs and see what happens, so I just wondered what kind of cycles the guys on the board would do that they thought would take them to the next level.

You still just dont get it do you? After all everyone has said here, its still just not clicking for you yet.

Just do any search on it. It has been debated to death in the past.
 
What don't I get outlaw? That you don't like answering a simple question? I DO know what works for me, but I haven't tried everything yet. I'm curious by nature, I like knowing what got monsters like Needsize to his current size, I like seeing the cycles they run. Just b/c I ask for people to outline cycles doesn't mean I need them to design one for me, I just like seeing people's different ideas. So again, what is it that I don't get? I can bet you 10 to 1, whatever it is I DO get it, and you're just being an ass or playing devil's advocate :)
