What would it take to make me Priest's size?

Alright, I'm the same height as he is, and the same bone structure in general. I'm around 180 normally off-cycle, up to 195-200 on-cycle. Priest tends to sit around 245 now(instead of the fat-ass 275) and compete at 200-205. So, I'd need to gain about 40-50 solid lbs to the same weight and bf% as he is. Highest cycle I've run was 700/week of test enth, or 100mg/day fina with 50mg/day dbol. Post up the kind of cycles, and duration, you think it would take me to get to that size. Yes, i realize I probably don't have the genetics, but assuming I did, what do YOU guys think it would take to get that size. I wanna see what kinda crazy-ass cycles you guys come up with in the name of the almighty MASS! :D


Oh, and how long do you it'd likely take me to add 50lbs of muscle to be priestish in size?

Fine, K for anyone nice enough to lay out a sample cycle :D Just think, what did quadsweep/needsize/galaxy take to get as big as they are?

If we are talikng about lean mass then tren/test enanthate/deca/winny/anavar
For pure mass with water, anadrol and d-bol at moderate doses/test cyp/deca/anavar all at crazy doses. You'll get there but might take a while and a lot of $$$$$$!!!

j/k bro, but seriously, Priest has some freaky genetics. Not many people can have size like that, no matter what you do...
 
Heavy protein and lots of sleep. The drugs are secondary.

Cyp 2g/week 11-20
EG 1g/week 1-20... etc like that. Like what you'd take, how much, and when. I promise, I'll never quote any crazy-cool cycle you come up with without giving you props for it!
 
Test, deca, anadrol and insulin. Test/deca 800mg each weekly. Anadrol 100mg daily.

Run it year long, but the anadrol 6 weeks on, 3 weeks off.

I have never met a pro in my life that has not used anadrol heavily before. For good reason. It works.
 
Thanks AAP, that's more what I was looking for. Bro, i get 300gm/day of protein, and I only weigh 190. Dieting I get over 400g. I sleep a good 8hrs at night, and sometimes up to 2hrs in the day. Drugs are about the only reason left, b/c till now I've taken only moderate doses for moderate times. Now I'm just curious about what some people think is necessary to go from local to national size?
 
Your protein intake looks good. But how is your calorie intake? Overall calories are just as important as protein. You should be taking in 20 calories for every lb of bodyweight.

What it takes to go from local to national stages is nothing more than CONSISTENCY. Can you eat well consistently? Sleep well? (May want to start incorporating some kind of sleep aid in order to stay in 3rd stage REM the longest. When you get up to piss, you come out and rob yourself.) Do you train consisently? Making gains? Small increases in poundage used? One or two extra reps with the same poundage? Are you willing to consistently view your training as your first and foremost job?

thing is.. I actually believe him.

however, what he IS doing is probably not all he did in the first place to get there.
