im arguing with my friend about this . he says that in the off-cycle period you can inject a random shot of test every now and then to boost a heavy training day or a day where you know you can eat a lot of really good food. . . like say 1 cc of test prop a day before you do a heavy ass leg workout and eat sushi all day ...
i know it sounds absurd but what do you think? would this hurt you or be of any benefit at all? certainly 1 shot of test every month before a killer workout wouldn't hurt?
