What would happen if i were to.....

1:Eat maintenance calories
2:Eat completely clean with a low fat, high protein, moderate carb diet
3:Use 500Mgs a week of sust witch i am already 4 pins in... my cycle.
4:Perform cardio 30 minutes a day 5X a week and workout lifting weights regularly

Will the sust help me gain muscle or lose fat? what you think would happen?

Lastly if it isnt too late what other AAS would u throw in this cycle for me to loose fat?

Thanks in advance guys

Taking 500mg of test then eating " maintenance calories " would be a waste of steroids.

Roids work best when fueled with food, which is why I think cutters are a waste.

Interesting...So do you not think that the addition of AAS during a dieting phase helps one retain more muscle mass and burn fat easier ???

I do agree that food is overlooked by many.

i think if that is your sole goal, to burn fat. then a small dose of test (200-250mg) is more than sufficient to retain mass. when i see some people post a 12-16 week cycle with 4 compounds totaling up to a 1gr I laugh at what a waste of gear.

That whole notion comes form the "anti catabolism" craze started in the 90's. I just think catabolism is way overrated. Why use receptor acceptance to save, what, a couple of ounces of muscle? While trying to lose fat? Just lose the fat. If you eat and train right and use proper supplementation you won't lose much muscle at all. Then use the gear to build POUNDS of muscle. It's simply the most logical way.

I'm certainly not saying that you are wrong. I know that most athletes who use gear to diet down with look much harder/dense, than those who have not.

At least this is what I have seen...However most of the athletes I know who do shows are on something from start to finish, and usually most of the time in between.

If your life is based around the use of drugs, sure, what's the difference? But if you cycle and what to make the most of them and are concerned with having a functional HPTA, using gear for cutting is certainly not the most efficacious way of going about it.

Ok I can't argue with that, and do see your point...I remember years ago well before the implementation of my HRT. I got down to around 6% with no drugs and if you have the right diet and cardio scheme it is amazing how simple it actually is.

I was not huge, but I was very lean, which gave me the apperance of being bigger.

I respect both sides of the fence.

bingo

Thanks guys i think im just going to lower my dose to 250Mgs the reason i decided to cut was because i was getting fat from all the calories. My body gains fat extremely easy.. i used to be a former fatty. Also if I eat maintenance calories and allot of protein i think ill gain some muscle aswell. I think this because i have accustomed my body to only eating 1000-1200 cals a day... I have bumped em up just to maintain... For me the only thing that worked to lose 30 pounds of fat was to only eat 800 cals a day and run like a mad mad.

Pick one or the other...unless you are genetically gifted its really hard to "cut" and gain muscle and strength in the same "go around"
