WHat would happen if?

I only trained Back, Chest, and Legs, What would happen?

In essence if you trained Back hard enough, the biceps and rear delts would get trained, and Chest would hit the shoulders and the triceps. Sounds good to me.
 
wouldnt recommend, u might hit the bi's delts shoulders and tri's a lil but probably not enough to grow.
 
When you say "back" you work bis too, and when you say "chest" you work tris too (at least I do). Add shoulders and you've got yourself a HIT work out! Actually that's not too far off from what I do; I don't do much isolation exercises, mainly compound moves.

you would grow. throw some shoulders in the mix and you have a pretty good environment for high intensity compound movements and alot of recovery time.
 
Yo Complete Muscle, I sometimes feel like lifting biceps and triceps doesn't help them grow. Ever get that feeling? WHy not do a super pulling movement for back and a closegrip bench and see what happens.
