What would happen if one injected into a vein?

Just did my first shot of week 4 and everything went smooth but when i pulled out i noticed quite a bit more blood in the syringe than i would ever like to see again. I'm sure i'm fine, probably just went through a vien as I removed the syringe.
But it got me thinking...What if one were to inject 1ml/250g's of sust/test/AAS into ones vein?

My understanding is that you indeed did hit a vein on the way out. As far as the injecting into the vein, I've never done that but my understanding is that you would cough like a bastard and be dizzy as hell, and possibly feel briefly like you were on death's door but would probably live. You might even pass out as I understand it, and in theory there's a possibility of a heart attack or embollism.

Generally though aspiration prevents all this.

First of all, why would there be blood in the syringe. Did you inject and then pull some blood out?

About the coughing... one time I shot some test and deca and was coughing like a mothafucka' for 10 minutes after. Guess I almost killed myself

uuu ya you could die.. haha.. but i think the oddes of you getting into the vein would be pretty low unless you were trying... there is a little bit of skill involved..

One could get very dizzy, start sweating extremely, and have a very fast heart rate. One could also pass out.

I was one once.

first of all, im going to say that i love the bike in your avatar. mv agustas are the shit, and id own one if i could fit on one- it would look like i was riding around on one of them little ass pocketbikes. thats why my big ass pimps a zx12. yeah you probably hit, and passed through, a vein on the way IN because you follow the same path out as you do coming in... unless you dont know what youre doing and move the needle around a lot but if you did that youd slice your internals up pretty good and youd be spurting blood like a fountain. always aspirate the syringe when youre done putting it all the way into your body- a few bubbles should go up inside the tube but no blood- if theres blood then you hit a vein or, rarely, an artery. but anyway, if you did inject a shitload of juice into a vein, it could possibly be a fatal mistake. i know this guy that was getting some kind of steroid injections into his NECK, because he had a spinal problem (forgot what kind of steroid but it was a steroid). the doctor slipped once and injected it into an artery, and he was partially paralyzed and retarded for two or three days, but recovered fully and seemed pretty normal afterwards. i think youd run more of a risk of injury or death if bubbles were injected into a vein along with juice. i agree with everyone else that posted before me on this thread, and im sure youll be fine.

the "bubbles in the syringe will kill you" thing is not true. although it is a good idea not to have any when you inject. with that said, it would take around 3ml of air to kill you. i know this because i have to good friends that are nurses in different states and they were both taught this in training.

just thought id add that.....

k thanks for the correction. i thought the 3cc of air was to the muscle, i thought just about any "lose dose" of air to a vein was pretty much potentially fatal... but thanks for the correction, k to you.

Good Question! And you you aspirated blood, then definitely don't shoot the juice there!

Actually, I work in the medical field, and studies now say that it takes a shitload of air to be enough to kill you. But back to the question, you could cause an oil embolus theoretically and have negative effects, the worst of course being death. So avoidance is the key. Allways aspirate (pull back on the plunger) after insertion and prior to administration. If you bleed alot after the injection, but did not aspirate any blood into the syringe, that means that you went through the vein on the way in and of course on the way out. There is no real danger in that to you, except that it leaves a nice bruise, and if you are lying about juice to your significant other, she will kill you.

i love the medical term of s "shitload of air" ,lol.... anyways, my buddy had a little bit of blood in his syringe after injecting?? i was like, you hit a vein , you'll be fine as long as there was no blood in the syringe after aspirating. and he is alive and well

Did you aspirate? That is the only way blood can get from a vein into syringe.
Another possibility is that you went through an arteriole. Blood would enter the syringe without aspiration (high pressure in arteriole).
If you aspirated and there was no blood entering the syringe, you are fine.
If you didn't aspirate, then you may be screwed.
But don't worry. Even if you inject into a vein, your levels would go sky high for couple of days, then they would drop to bottom. So you have just lost an injection.
Time to redo it.

after I aspirate and push in sometimes the needle moves around a little bit mostly in my delts and glutes(do to their location is hard to hit) is it possible to be next to a vein than when you push it in and ite a littlenter it and push the juice inside the vein???

UUHHHH!
What does aspirate mean?
is that like mean sweating and stuff?
cause if if it is than i aspirate all the time
but not alway afer ingektg! only wen im nervous

aspirating is when you stick the needle into your muscle, and when it is all the way in and you are ready to administer the shot, you pull back on the plunger on the syringe a little bit, just as you would when you fill the syringe up with juice. when you pull back on the syringe, if a few bubbles come out, that means youre good to go, but if blood comes out then that means you have better pull the needle out of your muscle and select a different spot to administer the shot. only aspirate a little bit because you are only doing this to see if you hit a bad spot. again, if you see blood coming into the syringe, then you must pull out and start all over again.
