What would be the best workout split for you guys?

Right now i'm doing:
monday - chest/abs
tuesday - back/traps
wednesday - legs/calves
thursday - shoulders/triceps
friday - bis/forearms/abs

I only feel sore on my traps, chest, quads, and calves. The other body parts NEVER get really sore...

Could you guys post your routines so i can see what you guys are doing?

i used to have that same problem. I just found out I was buying too much into that "overtraining " bullshit.

I said fuck the time limits (to a certain extent ) and go intense. I was like being a pussy and not really blasting the fuck out of my bodyparts.

BTW, I really like that routine. I might give that a try.
 
ROUTINE

Greetings, Here is a routine that I have used for sometime with great results.
4 days on 1 day off.

day 1 chest/traps
day 2 bi/tris
day 3 legs
day 4 back/shoulders
day 5 off
start over again.....
I have tried soo damn many routines and this one is the one i come back to.
Let me know if you try it.
