Man tha sounds like most of my weekends. Except tonight our daughter has some thing for her school at the ice arena where we are going to hang out and ice skate with the people from her school or something. Really I'm looking forward to it and my daughter loves ice skating.biteme said:My and the little lady will just hole up inside the house all weekend, maybe getting out to get something to eat.
BIKINIMOM said:Good Lord Dallas is so freaking hyuge. I am still having a hard time getting acclimated as everything looks the same to me. (I get lost a lot even when I do know where I am lol) The suburbs... We are not quite sure where. He would like us to move back to Los Colinas (Irving) but I dont know about that. I am thinking someplace still nice but not so pretentious.

I lived in the Suburbs all my life, but after living in the county for 3 years, I don't want to go back to the city life, although there are some things I do miss about it. What I like about this lifestyle is the open space. I never imagined that I would appreciate having my own land, the quietness and open space that this lifestyle provides. A loud motorcycle just went by. I'm gonna shoot him (LOL). I think it's an age thing.
BIKINIMOM said:I dont like living too close to neighbors. I agree about noise but then there is a commute. The traffic around Dallas is the suck! We wont be jumping into anything... just starting to look about is all.![]()

I'm pretty decent at going fast on ice. Its just the whole stopping thing that I can't get the hang of.biteme said:I'd be falling on my ass and knocking people down. They'd love me. I can run like the wind, but I suck at skating.
