what whould you do for lean mass gain?

New member
I have not make my mind regarding two possibles future cycles i want to do: 15 weeks of EQ with testosterone enanthate or 12 weeks tren enanthate and test enanthate. obviously my goal is to gain some lean mass.
Which of these choices would be more appropriate for my goal?
 
ive done Test cyp/tren ace/EQ before, strength gains were out of this world, i was like 210 lbs inclining 315 for 5 reps. good combo IMO
 
Tren/test, protein and a lot of calories,


You can gain mass, or you can get lean, you can't gain lean mass, you will get some fat, but less with fina.

ii dunno, i disagree...i think its possible to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time....diet needs to be right tho

this is an excelent combination. i wonder if this is suitable to run for 15 weeks including the tren...

You very well may be correct,

I struggle with diet all the time, on Tren/Test, and even if I starve, (never have) I am gaining weight. Granted the fina is kicking in, and my strength is improving, but I need to drop my gut, have a growth gut


Trying to keep my waist under 30 inches


It is also a pain to be 5’5” and drink a lot of water, always feel bloated in the belly.
