What were some of your biggest strength increases when on?

bench.. 225lbs 6--8 times.. to 275 10 times
incline.. 185lbs about 5 reps to 225lbs for 7 reps

374 pounds on bench for eight reps, and 440 for one.I've also squatted 538 for three reps. That was back in 1996.The thing is,I can't remember what the hell I was on.I think it would have probably been testoviron depot, deca and probably some kind of dbol.Bent over rowing with 308lbs.Full stack plus heavy dumbells on top whilst doing lat pulldowns.Chins with 110 lbs dumbell.
This is all genuine.I have no reason to lie.Bodyweight was around 250lbs.

Lol catch, no offense but most of those lifts aren't nearly impressive enough to make people think you're lying. I did bent rows with more than you and I weighed 50lbs less. And my lifts aren't very impressive either :) I must say though, chins with a 110lb dumbell impresses the hell outta me, I totally SUCK at any pull-down or pullup type motion, I can barely do sets of wide grip chins with my own bodyweight :( At least my back LOOKS good lol!

Take it easy bro. No need to size up on a message board.

Bro, if you'll notice I gave him his props on the lifts that WERE impressive. Like doing chins with 110lbs. But he seemed to making a bit of a deal out of telling us he wasn't lying, which seemed odd b/c, with the exception of one lift, none were really impressive for his weight. I didn't go off and call him a liar or anything at all, quite the opposite, I just wondered why he'd think we would suspect him of lying? If I came across as confrontational that was not my intention and I apologize, I merely meant to say that his lifts weren't outrageous claims, and I thought they were quite believable and he had no reason to suspect we wouldn't believe that. Again, my apologies if I came across the wrong way, it's hard to judge the "tone" of one's post without being able to hear one's voice :)

Bro, people on boards are sometimes insane! I get PMs calling me a liar because I have 29" Quads and weigh 240. People are haters by nature. I can see why Catch would say that in all honesty.

There are people posting pics of Needsize among others and claiming to be them, so I gotta say I understand why some people are skeptical.

You didn't offend me bro.Just saying it as it is.The thing is,the reason why I said that was because I noticed some people have said that they only bench 225 and things like that.So it might have sounded as if I was bullshitting.BTW it should have read 220 not 250.Used to using stones for weight measurement over here.Anyway I don't think benching four big plates a side plus a ten kilo plate(22lbs) a side is too shabby. Some people can't even squat that.Ronnie Coleman is only benching five plates a side on his video.

No that's pretty damn good bro. 220lbs vs 250 makes a big difference too. And I guess, seeing those guys posting about benching only 225 for 6reps, or incline 185 for 6, yeah your lifts do sound a hell of a lot bigger. I guess since I'm in your strength range though, and don't even consider myself very strong, your lifts seemed "normal" to me lol. In reality they're freakin' impressive to most people though huh? I just don't think about that anymore, my definition of "normal" is so skewed off the charts these days :)
