What type of look are you going for? Also what are your goals using steroids?

Yep, that's the thing. We'd all like to be 260 with 7% bf, but that just isn't realistic, I dont care who you are. (Not on a consistant basis at least).

Actually I don't care for this look either. I respect the guys that are like that but it just doesn't look "good" in my opinion and mostly everyone else's opinion. 95% of girls are not attracted to that even though there still is that 5% and even then the girls that are attracted to that most would still take a guy even smaller with good muscle and leanness to him. Plus being a personal trainer for me personally I wouldn't get as much clients as I do when you look healthier and more athletic. I do have the knowledge and a good overall personality but let's face it, having a good overall look sells.

I just might use a mild cycle pre contest time(6-8 weeks) once a year. Just for anticatabolic purposes. Plan on competing at npc collegiate nationals, USA's, and jr nationals. I'm still young so test production is high, and haven't reached a plateu since training in '96. I fuck shit up in the gym, every work out, gentics are ok.

I like the aestetic look, (tevita aholeilei, jimmy canyon).
I would like to look something like Lebonons fiery 1997 light heavy weight and overall world champion Ahmed Haidar.

I like the thick but lean look, much like the link posted by hairloss guru. Unfortunately for me and my body type it is extremely hard for me to stay lean all year round.

I am 5'10, 213lbs, 12%bf (guessing) right now. I would like to sit at 225 and 8%. It will take a lot of dedication but I will get there. My cycling is going to be firm set at 2 cycles per year. 1 short 3 weeker in the fall/winter. 1 longer 8 weeker (lean gainer) in the spring.

I have the slightly thicker lean look. Arms are about just under 18 actually cold. Neck at 17 1/2 and calves at 17 1/2 although my calves will get bigger since I don't really work them and they just stay that way. I also have a full chest, wide back plus broad shoulders. My waist though is 32 inches so I'm not the smallest there plus my legs are 26 inches as well so I'm pretty thick down there. Legs used to be just shy of 30 inches. Didn't like that too much though since I didn't fit into my jeans good at all. Frame-wise I would say I'm 75% mesomorph and 25% endomorph.

I would want the big and full plus lean look, but this is also very difficult to acheive and maintain. My problem seems to be I'm either getting down super lean for competitive reasons and feel like shit because my carbs are so low or I'm big and sloppy because I eat everything in sight and also feel like shit. I just can't win. Need to get a little will power and keep a constant medium. One day?

my ultimate goal is to be 190 lbs @ 6 or 7% bf. I'm 5'11.5

I'm in thai boxing, boxing, and wrestling, and I feel like a sloth anything over 195. My natural weight is 165.

While i'm not nor will ever be a big dude...I still look better than 99.9% of the fat slobs on the beaches.

I discovered this summer that when I get a low fat percentage (6%), I look like a total freak with huge amounts of veins. When I get bigger, I also gain fat and look bloated, flat etc. So from now on it is freaky low fat percentages for me, although I would weigh just around 200-210 pounds at 5ft11. I would say my goal is 220 pounds 4% in the spring and summer, and around 10% in the autumn, winter with more muscles of course. More muscle weight seems to be against my genes.

most people say that they want to be 200-240 with 7% because that is an achievable goal. Being 260 7% is much harder and may take a man 5-10 years longer to achieve....

I want to be a freak!!!! I have more respect for the mass monsters than others.. That is just me it might be a character flaw!!!!
