I was wondering what kind of diet you would do if you were to do a cycle consisting of;
week 1-5: Sus @ 250/wk
week 1-10: Deca @ 300/wk
week 5-10: Winny @ 50eod
Got the hcg and clomid too.
Its nothing crazy but its good enough for me.
I want to put on about 10 lbs of solid muscle and lose some fat and look hard, which when I stop the sus I plan to work on.
Just really confused as to how I should diet? Should I just look to put on weight for the first 5 weeks and then do a diet that would help me lose fat? Or should I do a fat-loss diet the whole way through? Or do a diet to maintain?
