What tools do you use for cutting

Im working out 2x week,
training in my sport 3x week
Running 30 minutes 3x a week when i wake up on an empty stomach
and sprinting afterwards to keep my metabolism up.
and following a ketogenic diet.
I eat two jalepanos a day to keep my body tempature up
Drinking two cups of green tea a day

Just ordered some Yohimburn ES

Im thinking of cycling some ephedra or eca, and clenbuterol every two weeks?

Any suggestions on cutting gear?
 
winny as the staple, then primo or masteron with a carb controlled diet, at least 5 days in the gym with 30 minutes cardio p/workout. if you can handle eca/clen stacks the closer you are at shedding fat

my plan was to cut down to 8% bodyfat at 180lbs 6'0. I
Ive been natural thus far.

Im considering running 5mg anavar to prevent wasting, and then kick it up at the end of october to about 40 mg's/day for 8 weeks.

Ill probably run ECA with it, all the way through.
 
Nice job working out your program! I'm impressed. Looks like you did a lot of research. I think you'll get to where you want to be without aas!
