Yup~It takes alot to dry up the spores ,then you can back off!
Bro's with severe Acne have gone as high as 10 grams

B5 did absolutely shit for me. Siome have had success. Others like me have not. Best advice I can give is tan, scrub and shower at least 2x a day. Try seeing the derma also if all else fails. They'll throw a script your way.

I'm on accutane right now, 215-220 lbs, third month so far and it's like night and day from what I was like before. I've always had really oily skin and it's dried me up like a sponge on a hot sidewalk. I started taking 40mg a day and now I am up to 60mg a day. I'm doing the generic thing and they only have 10mg and 20mg tabs to I take one of each, two times a day. As someone said before, about the cracking lips, about five minutes after I put chapstik on, it's right back to cracking and peeling. If I go for more than an hour or so (when I'm awake, for some reason sleeping isn't a big deal) my lips will actually crack so deep they will bleed. It sucks but worth it in my book. I'm going through a doctor and she has me get my blood checked every month before she'll cut me a new prescription. We'll see how it blows up after my first cycle just around the corner! =)

The best thing that works for me is a topical that my doc prescribed (Benzaclin). Cleared up existing spots, and I don't get new ones as long as I use it every day.
