what to take with DNP

I've been considering using this jazz for a while now. I'll probably buy some in the next few weeks. I'm about 220 lbs so I'm planning on using about 200mg capsules. What I'm worried about are the side effects, namely the lethargy, also the possible death but I've got that controlled. Besides vitamins I'm planning to take, are there any other supplements or medications that could help counter any of the negative side effects. I don't really think it would be a good idea to take a stimulant because DNP already increases your heart rate, correct? But, isn't there any non stimulant that could help me with energy levels. Perhaps a lot of B12 or I'm currently taking wellbutrin, that gives me energy now...would it be wise to increase the dosage on that for a short while? (wise relatively speaking) I currently take 200 mg, perhaps moving to 300 or 350 mg? Anyway, help would be appreciated. Thank you

just a friendly heads-up that I don't think talking about that particular substance is really accepted on the board... I could be wrong, but I've seen some harsh reprisals in the recent past for talking about D.

DNP sucks bro. Dieting is less torturous, without a doubt. Unless you are fond of being a disgusting, sweat-soaked mess all day long, doing tons of laundry, and sleeping on towells because of it. I lost weight but HATED it. I'm sorry I can't answer your original question.
 
I'm on 400mg right now(bumped down from 800mg) and its not bad. When i was at 800mg i threw up one night and that was it for me, so i decided to drop it to 400mg/day. What kind do you have, powdered or crystilline? I'm taking powdered now.

Just make sure you don't "out eat" dnp, its a lot easier than you think. I decided to drop my calories to around 1200-1500/day and it has worked AWSOME so far! A lot of the caps are underdosed by 10-15% because most sources don't let it dry before they make it.

Sides aren't bad at 400mg, but at 800mg they were hell and remember that was with a 10-15% error. I haven't had to use pyruvate of glycerine yet, but you might(everyone's different).
 
also, i would suggest Xenadrine or something else with an Ephedrine/synephine(sp?) stack to curb carb cravings at night. THEY SUCK!!!

I'm taking straight ephedrine HCL tabs right now.

You're tougher than me when it comes to DNP endurance then brother. I can't handle 400/day. At first I was fine at that dose, then I went up to 600/day and was so hot, that I thought I was going to self-combust. Seems that after the increase in doseage, that 400/day now does me the same as 600/day as far as "heat" goes. I'm not sure why, but I know that I'm about ready to put an oil pan under my fucking couch, because the sweat is soaking through. NASTY. Sick of it.
 
shit, it aint that bad. If you go with a reasonable dose, you can still do your daily activities (i dont get lethargy, i can still go have good lifts), only your hotter, sweat more, and become more uncomfortable. 400mg is all i need to loose about 1lb/day.
Just keep water intake high and take your vitamins. You should be fine.
 
haha bump for the gas station specials.
i ran 200mg for whole week last week wasnt too bad at all. and i popped 2-3 of the ephedrine hcl.
it seems those little ephedine bottles are getting scarce at gas stations now. i have to go to a truck stop station to get them, there like $6
anyway, worked VERY well for the hunger and carb cravings i get

just curious, whats your diet look like? Somedays i splurge and go ass wild on chinese food and gain a pound, but then i come back two pounds lighter...
 
I'm not sure i like trading a few yrs of my life for a few pounds of bodyfat! screw dnp!

How do you figure you're trading a few years of your life? It's not like it's cigarettes or something. I've heard the quick fat release can dump carcinogens into your bloodstream, but that's not a give to cause cancer. Shit, everything gives you cancer anyway, so I'm not worried about it. And you know damn well most people would say the same thing about AAS.

When a cell dies trace DNA is left,this in turn rejuvenates into a new cell,DNP kills DNA cells...its very late and i'm sleepy do more research and draw your own conclusions...its your butt on the line not mine!

Radar, not a flame here, but where are your comments on DNP and cell replication coming from? Where does it say DNP kills DNA? And what do you mean by cells rejuvinating from trace DNA....
Cell replication is through mitosis

Lately i've been trying to keep kcal's around 1200-1500/day. You said you don't have a problem with splurges? Sometimes i do......:(

yeah, I've read research which specifically says that DNP does NOT cause DNA destruction. I think there are a lot of half truths about DNP out there. It definitely affects everybody differently and thats not to be passed off. My diet is currently alright, I'm planning on doing the same thing mentioned above, about 1200-1500 calories a day, with decent good carbs and other good, non proecessed foods. I'm not too worried about going that low on cals because the DNP causes a reduction of T3 which lessens catabolism, correct? It sounds like a decent idea to use ephedrine because it produces a release of fat into the blood stream and DNP burns it off, correct? And I already have problems with carb cravings at night, they suck. But, I've been taking a medication called Trazodone to help me sleep better, so that problem has gone away for me. I used to eat terribly in the middle of the night, peanut butter, ice cream, white bread....it was awful. Finally, I've never heard of lysine potentiating DNP? Whats this all aboot? Anyway, thanks for the info. I plan on using between 200-500 mg/day. That should work
 
An ECA stack is def. necessary to keep energy up but also to stifle carb cravings. I don't count cals either, just try to eat as little as possible with my normal protein shakes. Keep protein high, fats low/none, and carbs limited to simple sugars (frutcose, sucrose), nothing starchy or complex or you will get even hotter. And drink a SHITLOAD of water!
