Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below ok im trying to find an endo to run some tests on me and help me fix whatever is going on with my hormones. im 21 and have been on steroids off and on since i was 17 till about 4 months ago and im pretty sure something is very messed up inside me. (i actually think i had pre-existing conditions i was unaware of and stumbling into artifical test may be a blessing in the right conditions for me) i want to make sure i see a doc that will perscribe hrh/trt if necessicary (i want a doc thats not afraid to go there) but isnt just a steroid dealer, i actually want a doc to run tests, figure out the problem and help perscribe the right meds....how can i make sure that a doctor is educated and practices these kinds of treatments without going to a TRT specialist?? shouldmost endo's venture out into that field or will i need to find more of a specialist?

Your insurance carrier lists the major hospitals it is associated with. I like university teaching hospitals such as University of Michigan.
You are way too young to need testo. Something else is wrong and needs correction.

Check to see if you have a BodyLogicMD (bodylogicmd.com) location next to you. That's who I used (Ft Worth, TX) and highly recommend them.
Or If you want you can order your own hormone profile from zrtlab.com and they will send you your results without a Dr so you know what your dealing with. I've ordered 3 different hormone profiles to track my progress over time. They do a lot of their testing through saliva which is cutting edge and many believe more accurate then testing blood levels. BodyLogicMD is much more advanced than just getting processed through the traditional medical system. My Dr spent 1 1/2 hours with me on my initial visit to fully understand what was going on with me. I was on steriods for well over a year and didn't cycle off and screwed myself up pretty good. All better now though... The traditional docs just wanted to give me viagra and testostrone and had no desire to spend the time to really fix the underlying problem. BodyLogicMD helped to restore my own natural system to where it should be with help from some bioidentical hormones. I have no need for them now though... All better.

Depends... Synthroid, Levoxyl, Unithroid, Levothyroxine, Eltroxin, etc but many people who have thyroid issues and have done there own research insist that Armour is the only way to go. Armour is a natural thyroid hormone replacement. All that other synthetic man made medication has jacked a lot of people up, go figure.
A friend of mine has thyroid issues and swears by this site: stopthethyroidmadness.com. May want to check it out.
