what to feel on T3

do you guys actually feel anything while on T3 or do you just not feel anything but still know its working,,,or what?
I am just on my third day and was wandering if an when I should feel anything,

I've never really felt anything drastic from T3 even when using higher dosages. Not anything like ECA, Clen, or DNP. Maybe a little bit of nervousness sometimes if you don't eat frequently enough, then again that could have just been low blood sugar due to strict dieting. And also maybe a slight increase in body heat especially after eating a meal.

I noticed increased heat following meals as well - and not
much else in the way of side effects (aside from increased blood
glucose..)it definitely doesn't have the "kick" that ephedrine does.

what is your alls diet post T3 cycle, I have heard that use of Ephederine is bad in returning thyroid to full functioning, as well as that you need about 50%carbs/30%protein/20% fat, and that you can't run a CKD for thryoid to return to normal.

Any Input guys?

when on t3 low carb diets seem to work best. coming off t3 i think carbs are somewhat important but i would say iodine, and kelp along with cardio are all essential to get thyroid function up and running again

oxadrin, so how long till refunctioning ie if you went 4 weeks on T3, would you need 4 weeks recovery? use of Ephederine hurts thyroid healing, yes/no?

depends.... on so many things. differs from person to person.

some might have normal thyroid function the next day (unlikely but possible) others may have hypothyroidism for life.

i would say there is some research that shows normal thryroid function can be achieved in as little as a week. but the average is 2-6 weeks for full recovery
