The need for anti-e's really depends on the person, everyone reacts to things differently. I have used 600mg a week of t-200 and never had a problem, but thats me.
BTW if this is your first cycle you could possibly make decent gains off of 200mg a week. But why only 4 weeks? T-200 doesn't really kick in till about week 4. You need to go at least 8-10 weeks. Don't stop just when it starts working.
