So I just started hormone therapy treatment through my doctor 2 weeks ago. 100mg of Test E every week.
My natural T levels weren't super low, just borderline. I believe the normal range is between 8 and 27 nmol/L, and mine came in at 11.4. Free Testosterone was not bad though around 350.
I'm 37, 6'4" and weigh about 212. Tanita body fat scale says I have 22% bodyfat. I've been working out consistently since I was about 20. Arms and legs have some decent definition, but chest and abs are looking a bit smooth.
My reasons for doing HT therapy is just for overall well being mentally and physically. Not looking to get super huge or anything. Losing about 20 lbs of fat and gaining about 10 lbs of muscle would be nice. So a goal weight of about 202.
I know this wont happen overnight and will still take a lot of hard work. However the goals I've set can be accomplished naturally, and I was curious to know how much "assistance" 100mg of Test E every week will provide to achieving these goals, and how much quicker can they be achieved assuming diet and workout regimen is decent.
