What to eat on a cutting cycle

How do you guys caculate your food requirements for a cutting cycle ?

I've never done one before and I get fat REALLY easy.

About how many grams protein\fat\carbs do you shoot for ?

Have you found that you can gain muscle mass as well as lose body fat ?

I know these kinda sound like newbie questions, but all my previous cycles have been bulkers.
 
-low carbs/high protein/moderate to low fat

-have one day a week where you eat high carbs

- eat 5-8 small meals throughout the day

-eat low glycemic carbs except for after workouts, then you won't a high glycemic

- low glycemics: yams, brown rice, wheat pasta, oatmeal

- veggies are good in moderation
 
1 cheat day per week. Protein and fat only up until workout. A fruit or small protein/carb shake 30min prior to workout. Dextrose/protrein shake after workout. Balanced meal with low GI carbs a couple hours after workout. 6 small meals per day. Half of those meals will be shakes. Get some ala, eca, flax oil. Morning cardio. Good luck.

Both good advice. As well supplement with a good multi-vitamin-mineral supplement to aid the body to function at it's peak and to prevent deficiencies. As well make sure to take in extra calcium supplements if cutting out milk or if your protein shakes are not whey or milk based. Enough calcium is good not only for your bones but for maximum muscle contractions and it aids in fat burining as well.
 
Good call MikePT...forgot about the vitamin. What calcium supp do you take? I need to up my calcium as I mix my shakes with water. Also another thing Stromba, drink over a gallon of water a day. Add lemon to the water if you want, but not while lifting.
 
Thanks guys. The water is always the hard part for me. I'm gonna run some clen too.

Damn BF % stuck at 12% complete with nice love handles. Gonna change that for sure.

Gonna run ALA, Multi-vitimin, zinc, flax oil.
