I have a simple question. I just want to know what kinds of meals i should be eating at what time throughout the day. for example right now my diet looks something like this
8:00 am: Protein/Carbs in form of Meal Replacement Bar
10:45 am: Hi GI Carbs: Usually a piece of fruit
11:00 am Workout
12:15 pm Protein/Carbs in form of 2 roast beef, turkey or ham sandwichs on whole wheat bread, maybe some green veggies
2:30 pm Protein/Fats in form of a shake and maybe some natty peanut butter or other nuts
6:30 pm Protein/Fats in form steak, pork, chicken or fish usually marinated using olive oil along with leafy greens or other green veggies. Sometimes I'll throw in a 2 b-sized red potatoes
9:30 pm Fats in form of natty peanut butter or peanuts
I am 5'8" 140 lbs @ 10.6 % BF. Basically just trying to maintain right now without losing any more muscle. I'm confused when to take in Hi GI and low GI carbs
