What to drink while lifting?

Just checked out some online vendors for that. On some sites it's marketed as workout aid, while on others it's marketed as a sex aid.....
 
another thing to do (even though it might taste a little nasty) is drink water while it's warm and not ice cold. We had a problem with that during soccer practices and games--cramping up easily since that's basically all we do is run. Our coach one practice said to just warm up our water jugs, just lukewarm temp. We were able to keep going with whatever we were doing since the temp of the water didn't effect our body temp too much, and never received any cramps. I still do it while working out too and I don't receive any cramps or the likes.

VPX markets it as a sex aid but it works so well in the gym and most gyms around here are selling it as a pre-workout drink.
 
I drink bottled water cause tap water just stinks... Sometimes I'll mix half a cup of oj with water (just for a bit of sugar spike)
