well here is my work out {mon= chest,bi,tri,abs}tue=back,legs,shoulders, wesnesday off Thur=same as monday Friday=same as tuesday, then sat and sun off I'm trying to gain weight and mass I've gained 10 pounds all ready but i not happy I'm starting to see a little can anyone give me some pointers what are some good supplements that could help me gain I'm all ready taking protein, and have been drinking about 10 glass of milk day please help?????am i expecting to much in that short amount of time or is it all in my head?:confused:
 
my opinion...do each bodypart once a week,some dont like that ,but i think you shouldn't be able to hit a muscle again ,a couple days later if you hit it hard the first time.especialy if you're natural.change to each bodypart once a week and concentrate on gettin the job done for that day,then rest and grow.don't waste your money on supplements ..except protein.when you start feeling stale,don't work out more,you going to end up overtraing.you can change the order of your exercises,sets,reps,the exercises themselves...i would do all that before i would workout more!!!give it time,bro.:mix:
