well here is my work out {mon= chest,bi,tri,abs}tue=back,legs,shoulders, wesnesday off Thur=same as monday Friday=same as tuesday, then sat and sun off I'm trying to gain weight and mass I've gained 10 pounds all ready but i not happy I'm starting to see a little can anyone give me some pointers what are some good supplements that could help me gain I'm all ready taking protein, and have been drinking about 10 glass of milk day please help?????am i expecting to much in that short amount of time or is it all in my head?
