What to do for Weak Wrists?

If they are poping out of joint... he sould not be stretching them.. sounds like they may be to lose already he needs to tighten the ligamnts or tendons..

that shit should scarry.. ekkkkkk

Yep...that's about all you will need for a little extra support. Like I said, I still have trouble every now and again with my wrists. Make sure to get the medium or large as it will offer a little better support.

I would also recommend not using them or allowing them to be a crutch. Only use them when you have to or when you are experiencing pain. You should also talk to your Doctor about getting the wrists checked for tendonitis or a small hairline fracture. If you have insurance I would really think that would be good idea so you don't create a problem that is harder to fix down the road.

Good luck to you and let me know how it goes.

Make sure when you press, your wrists are straight and the weight is being held directly over your forearm instead of bending the wrists back.

Yes!! This will help build wrist and grip strength, not to mention add lbs to your bench. I bent them back on bench when I was just starting out and it hindered me for a long time before I corrected it.

yeah now that I think of it I think I do bend my wrist back some when I bench, Ill have to make sure to stop doing that.
