What to do about the back pump?

I wish I could search...because I'm sure this has been answered before.

I'm not on dbol, but I have a "dbol back pump" from pheraplex. :P

what in god's name do I do about it? Water is at about a gallon a day + my whey drinks (another half gallon or so), I'm taking 5g of taurine daily...WTF?

My blood pressure is kinda high, will that be the culprit that causes the back pumps?

egads, this is debilitating, I can't even walk properly!

anyone else have any ideas? This is going on 8 days now that I have been, essentially, unable to train.

hell, I can barely walk. The entirety of my lower back and my hip flexors are pretty much locked up tight.

someone PLEASE help! :P any ideas at all?

I used to get terrible lower back pumps to the point that it affected my walking too. The one thing that helped the most was a LOT of stretching. Stretching can be time consuming and painful, but once you include it as part of your exercise routine you realize how much BETTER you feel afterwards. Can't guarantee that it will work for you, but that's how things went down for me. Good luck.

drink lots of water, stretch your hamstrings a lot throughout the day and make sure you do cardio and stretch again after, and once your sick of stretching... stretch again before bed

An overdose of maybe even 20,000 ius of vitamin a is commonly reccommended by dermatologist. When I had the dbol bumps that is what he told me. Accutane itself is just synthetic vitamin a but has some nasty sides.

From what I heard there is a special kind of Milkthistle available at AG that does away with Dbol back pumps not sure about your kinda of pumps.

Can anyone confirm this? if it's true does it work for all types of back pumps?

one of the best things you can do to relieve back pumps are to stretch your legs thoroughly. Tight hamstrings, calfs and quads put great strain on your lower back. I know this because I had the worst back pumps ever about 2 weeks ago and went to my chiropractor who instructed me on a few exercises to loosen my legs up with in turn loosened my back up as well. Try Standing up and crossing your legs, and then bend over and let your arms dangle for a while. that should help after a while. Also sit on the floor with your legs straight out and reach for your feet while keeping the back of your knees flat on the ground. Do these stretches like 4-5 times a day for about 10 minutes and you should feel better in about 2 days.

Stop using D-bol. I really don't think there is much you can do but deal with it. I won't use compounds that make me have that issue.
