what to do about mild anxiety/depression

there are some differnet situations, are you on the juice, just finished an cicle or away from AAS for a long time?
 
St. John's wort works great for me for anxiety and insomnia. I take 3 caps before bed. And my wife is pregnant. I have thoroughly researched it and never heard anything about infertility, so I think the bro that mentioned it above is simply mistaken.
 
i have the same problem, im never happy, cant get in a good mood, unless im having sex, or drunk, and somtimes even sex dont work. everything seems boring, and theres never anything to look forward to.
the gym isnt even as fun as it used to be, cant get any really intense workouts anymore, because i never have enough energy. although the 800mgs of t-400 a week has me stronger then ever. ive tried paxil, and it sucked. i have no health insurance anymore, so i cant go to a doc. whats a good perscription drug i could give a try after my cycle.
 
If it is only gear related, klonopin and zybam(if depresson is present) will make you fell very better for sure. I use both and it really works for me.
IMO paxil, prozac, and the others SSRI sucks.
If it is not gear related, you should go with effexor and maybe some another one toghuether, depending of your symptoms... too litle info to say more things...
 
I had the same symptoms coming off A.S. Last year..2 months after evry cycle i get checked out by the doc..I told about my mild depression and he have me BUSPAR...Worked great, within a couple of days. All was beutifull once again....

I have had some bad anxiety problems in the past and I really started to notice them when I started using gear. I have done tons of research and I came across a book that has natural solutions to almost anything you can think of. I have been on this vitamin shedule for about 3-4+ weeks and it has really helped me with anxiety
Calcium--2000mg/Day

Magnesium--600-1000mg/Day

Multi Vitamin and
mineral complex with potassium--99mg/Day

Vitamin B complex--use as directed

Vitamin B1--50mg/3x a day

Vitamin B6--50mg/3x a day

Niacinamide--1000mg/Day

Vitamin C--5000+mg/Day taken in divided doses

Zinc--50-80mg/Day

Chromium Picolinate--200mcg/Day

St Johns Wort oil--Taken as directed

Selenium--200mcg/Day

It goes into detail as to why these work so if you would like me to I will post that as well. The book is very helpful and has things to help with joint pain, heart problems, liver, kidney problems ect.... Hope this helps some people with there anxiety, I know it is not a nice thing to deal with
 
my doctor put me on paxil at 20mg daily. It really works great for me but it will take 3-4 weeks befor you will notice the differance. I just went to the office and told him about how I felt which sounds very simmilar to your situation and he put me on. It really helps me in the gym because I dont feel so down in the dumps. Dude, don't fuck around with Zoloft. Only use it if your doc prescribes it to you and even then be very attentive to your behavior while you are using it. It works well for some people, whereas for others it can be a complete disaster. I was violent as hell and did a lot of harm to myself and others while using it. Just my opinion.
