If you're an ectomorph then it usually doesn't matter. Health issues aside, sugar and fat laden foods typically don't have any different effect on these people than regular foods. On top of that they usually need these extra calories to put on weight.
Now if you've got a normal or worse metabolism then you can't get away with this. I could name a bunch of stuff that's probably a no-no but there is one bad one I'll name.
French Fries.
These are from the devil. They are composed of mostly carbs and fat, not to mention the bad kind of both, and they generally have more calories than the burger you're eating with them. Especially if you get a "super size" version. I've decided that whether I'm refeeding, bulking or dieting that these are just worthless. They offer no nutritional benefit whatsoever and are much like soda as far as empty calories goes.
Unfortunately I love french fries but have found you can make your own much healthier oven fries at home which will help some of the cravings.
