This is probably BS, but I've heard that taking minerals before sleeping is better because you get more efficient (and slower) absorbtion horizontally then vertical?? Kinda makes sense as the minerals (maybe harder to break down/digest?) may pass through the gut quicker if your standing up and active....
So my theory is vitamins in morning, Minerals at night....
I usually take a high-quality B vitamin a few hours before lifting....think it really helps with energy...(and I like radioactive pee).
I've also heard that you get better absorbtion with fat-soluable vitamins (A & D) if you eat them with your meals......
Finally, I think there are a few that should not be taking together (like D (or maybe E?) along with Iron)....
My Chiro said to take Glucosamine on empty stomach...but I've never heard anything other than that from anyone on that supp.
