What time do you workout?

Right now I am a 9am and 4pm girl most days this summer 5am due to kiddos not being in school... you?:artist:
 
I get to the gym at 6:45 a.m.
 
I feel I have the most strength when I have a couple of meals in me so I'll have to say late afternoon/early evening.

But right now I'm at double cardio days so I get 1 of my sessions done at home fasted and the other one is done after my lift at the gym.
 
I like to life after a few meals and do cardio early, I cant lift too much b4 noon tho lol when I wake up I am weak as heck!
 
Currently I workout at about mid afternoon-early evening, so anywhere from 4-6 just depending on the day! Seems to work well for now! :)
